The Institute of Mechanical Engineering would like to take this opportunity to remind you of their 2015 Annual General Meeting at the ALSTOM Baden offices as well as the pre-AGM technical tour of the ALSTOM Birr factory that will take place next Friday afternoon, 26th June.

Details of the programme are shown below:

13.30 Arrival and registration at Alstom Birr factory

14.00 Start of factory tour

15.15 End of tour (those travelling by public transport can take the 15:37 train from Birr arriving in Baden at 15.55)

16.00 Arrival at the Alstom Baden offices - refreshments will be provided

16.30 Start of AGM proceedings

18.00 End of AGM followed by a networking session with refreshments

18.30 Close

SSSE members and non-members are welcome to attend both events. However only IMechE members will be permitted to raise any points and vote at the AGM.
